If scooter acquired velocity of 72 kmph then there is no change in car. Car will be in its original position.
In case if it was typo then,
72 kmph = 72 × 5/18 m/s = 20 m/s
Acceleration of scooter = (v - u) / t
= (20 m/s - 0 m/s) / (10 s) ………[∵ Initial velocity of scooter (u) = 0]
= 2 m/s²
Acceleration of scooter is 2 m/s²
