this means final velocity=0
from equation of straight line motion,we know,
v=u+at
or, 0=u-5*1.5 (here,a is -ve because the body is coming to rest)
or, u=7.5m/s
thus, in km/hr , u=7.5*(3600/1000)
=27km/hr
