Answer is 75m/sec as the Speed is constant that means it is equal as velocity and we can use the formula
initial velocity+ final velocity÷ 2

Distance= Speed X Time

               = 90 X 4

               = 360 m

Distance = Speed X Time

                = 60 X 2

                 = 120 m

Total distance= 360 + 120

                       = 480 m

Average speed = Distance/ Time

                          = 480/6

                           = 80 m/s.
