  • The distance covered by the scooter before it stops = ?

Solution:

sɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛʜɪʀᴅ ᴇǫᴜᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴏғ ɪɴ ᴡᴇ ɢᴇᴛ:

  • v² - u² = 2as

Pɪɴɢ Tʜ Vʟs:

➦ 0² - 16² = 2 × (-0.5) × s

➦ -256 = (-1) × s

➦ -256 = -s

➦ s = 256 metres
