Answer: BY will be least polar because in a period of two consecutive groups atoms have very less difference of E.N. so they can cancel them out means unet will be approximately equals to zero.

AX is not the answer because when we go down the group E.N. decreases and B and Y are in lower position than that of A and X i.e.

their E.N. is more than BY.
