Action done by A is justified because he was not paid for his products.

  • B should have been more careful while issuing a cheque to A.
  • A cheque is dishonored by a bank if there are insufficient funds signature mismatch overwriting for a stale date.
  • A should ask b to issue a new cheque or use an alternative form of payment after which he would deliver the product.
