Answer:

c Loss = 8750

Step-by-step explanation:

A has paid Rs. 87,500 for the phone

B  Buy Price 87,500 - 17,500 =70,000

20 % Loss = 17,500

C 25 % Profit = 70,000/4  =  17,500

so we add 125 % Value = 70,000 + 17,500 = 87,500

C return it back to B but could only recover Rs 4.50

for every Rs. 5 he had paid

So total amount   (4.50/5) * (87,500) =78,750

Loss = 87,500 - 78,750

c Loss = 8750
