Let the selling price of B be 100 rupees.

Then the Selling price of goods by A = 80 rupees.

Now, 120% of Selling price of goods by C = 80

Selling price of goods by C = 100/120 * 80

                                               = 66.67

So C goods are cheaper than B goods by

 33.33/100 * 100% = 33.3%.
