Let tha selling price of B be 100 rupees

=>Then the selling price of goods by A =80 rupees

=>Now, 120% of selling price of goods by C = 80

=>Selling price of goods by C =

 \frac{100}{120}  \times 80 = 66.67

=> So C goods are cheaper than B goods by

 \frac{33.33}{100}  \times 100\% = 33.3\%

Answer is 33.3%
