the new perimeter will be 45 m because when we subtract 8 cm from rectangles breadth we get 3cm

8=diameter then 4=radius
circumference of semicircle is 22*4/7 =3.14*4 =12.56
perimeter of new rectangle = 52-8+12.56 = 56.56
