AC = 6
In△BAC
∠A=90∘
∴BC2=AB2+AC2
BC2=82+62
BC2=64+36
BC2=100
BC = 10 cm
Here BC is the diameter of a circle because angle subtended on the arc of semi circle is 90∘
∴BC2=radius=102=5cm
