diameter of metal sheet =28cm
so,circumference of sheet=
$\pi \times d$
$22 \div 7 \times 28 = 88cm$
if, the sheet made into cone it will be close halfly and then it become semicircle whose diameter =28cm
circumference =
$88 \div 2 = 44cm$
when it become cone its circumference of base =44cm
circumference=
$2 \times \pi \times r$
$44cm = 2 \times \pi \times r$
$44 \times 7 \div 2 \times 22 = 7cm$
and radius= 7cm
