Yesterday in our locality an eye donation camp was organized by Disha Eye care Hospital to spread the awareness regarding eye donation.
There are uncountable people who take birth with visual impairment and some even lose their eye sight due to some accident.
In most of the cases, donating eye posthumously can help gifting eye sight to many people.
It just requires proper knowledge, decision making ability and cooperation on the part of family members which make the entire thing easy.
This event was highly informative and changed the perspective of many people regarding eye donation who eventually decided to donated their eyes after death.
