A sent a telegram to B "Will you sell your Car?" "Quote lowest price", B sent a reply. "Lowest price Rs.50,000. A sent a second telegram to B "I agree to buy your car for Rs.50,000". B thereafter refused to sell. Is there any contract between 'A' & 'B'? And can 'A' sue 'B' for breach of contract? Give reasons and refer case law if any on the point.
