First of all ammonium chloride will get evaporated by itself since sublimation will take place.

Then three substances are left: SALT, SAND and Iron

Now take a magnet and use it to take out the iron fillings.

Now salt and sand are left.

Add them in water. You will find that sand wont get absorbed. It will settle at the bottom. Now add the water to a separate container.

The sand will remain in the container taken before.

Now this new container will have water and salt.

Heat the container and evaporate the water.

Voila!

The salt will remain in the container and water will evaporate.
