This is beacuse today everyone is discriminated. Small workers and employers are discriminated by their boss or senior officials which is really bad. They get their work done by small workers and don't even appreciate and respect them. No one is small and each and everyone is judged on the basis of work not their position or money earned or caste etc. So this is really wrong. This is really a threat for small people like servants and some action should be taken against it.
