in karmvachya, we are supposed to use bhoot kaal along with yojak words 'se', 'dwara' or 'ke dwara' .
therefore, the sentence is already in karmvachya(passive voice).
whereas, in bhavvachya you are supposed to use future tense along with yojak word 'se' and kriya is in masculine ;)
