If we consider there is no air drag and any other force other than gravity acting upon the two objects, then according to the equation of motions

Time taken to reach an object to the ground from a height h = √2h/g

where g is the gravitational force = 9.8 m/s^2

Therefore, the time taken does not depend on the mass of the particle, hence they both take same time to reach the ground from the first floor of the building.
