Answer:

16 Stamps

Ar of rectangle =L×B

Ar of rectangle =L×B = 12×8

Ar of rectangle =L×B = 12×8 = 196Cm^2

Ar of rectangle =L×B = 12×8 = 196Cm^2 3×2= 6cm^2

Ar of rectangle =L×B = 12×8 = 196Cm^2 3×2= 6cm^2=196/6

Ar of rectangle =L×B = 12×8 = 196Cm^2 3×2= 6cm^2=196/6= 16

Answer:

Area of the paper (rectangle) = L X B

 = 12 \times 8 \\  = 96 {cm}^{2}

Area of the Stamp (Rectangle) = L X B

 = 3 \times 2 \\  = 6 {cm}^{2}

No. of the stamps that can be pasted on the paper,

  = \frac{96 {cm}^{2} }{6 {cm}^{2} }  \\  = 16

Hence there can be 16 stamps pasted on the paper
