A sheet of paper rectangular in shape has dimensions 22 m x 10 cm. This can be wrapped exactly once around the curved surface of a cylinder of height 10 cm. Find the volume of the cylinder.​

22 m = 2200 cm

Here, area of rectangle = curved surface area of cylinder

L × B = 2 Pi × R × H

2200 ×10 = 2 × (22 ÷ 7) × R × 10

On solving we get R = 350 cm,

volume of cylinder = 1/3 × 22/7 × r^2 × h

=1/3 × 22/7 × 350 × 350 × 10
