given dimensions of the joker caps (cone) are,
radius = r = 3cm
height = h= 4 cm
let slant height = l cm
l = √r²+h²
l= √3²+4²
l= √25
l= + or - 5
but l should not be negative
we take l= 5 cm
i) sheet required for making one cap = csa of the cone
= πrl
= 22/7 *3 *5 cm²
let number of such caps made by the sheet = n
n= area of the paper sheet/csa of the each cone
= (1000)/(22/7 *3*5)
= (1000*7)/(22*3*5)
≈21.21
we can prepare 21 caps
