Hey.

Here is the answer.

u = 56km/h =56×5/18m/s =140/9 m/s

v= 58km/h = 58×5/18m/s = 145/9 m/s

t =1 s

As, v = u + a t

so, 145/9 =140/9 + a × 1

or, 145/9 - 140/9 = a

or 5/9 = a

so, required acceleration is 5/9m/s^2
=0.55 m/s^2

Thanks.
