Force = 2500000 N = 25 × 10⁵ N
a = F / m
= (25 × 10⁵ N) / (2 × 10⁷ kg)
= 12.5 × 10⁻² m/s²
= 0.125 m/s²
u = sqrt(2aS)
= sqrt(2 × 0.125 m/s² × 25 m)
= 2.5 m/s
Speed of ship after displacement is 2.5 m/s
Force = 2500000 N = 25 × 10⁵ N
a = F / m
= (25 × 10⁵ N) / (2 × 10⁷ kg)
