Decreased price = 270

Difference = 280 - 270 = 10

Percentage =  \frac{ Decrease }{Original Price }  \times 100

 =  \frac{280 - 270}{280}  \times 100

 =  \frac{10}{280}  \times 100

 =  \frac{1,000}{280}
