Total length of Cloth= 40.5
No. of shirts that can be made = 40.5/2.7
= 405/10/27/10(four terms can also be written as follows)
= 405/10*10/27( reciprocaled)
= 15 ( after cancellations)
Therefore, 15 shirts can be made out 40.5 m cloth
