A shop has an offer on jumpers as shown below. Buy 44 jumpers and get 1 free! Kara gets 5 jumpers. After applying the offer, each one ends up costing £4.80 per jumper. What is the regular cost of one jumper when not in this offer?

If 5 jumpers for the £4.80

Therefore, the cost of 1 jumper is £0.96

Therefore, the cost of 44 jumpers is £42.24

Then the regular cost is £(42.24 - 4.80) = £37.44
