Answer is 30%...
Marked price is ₹ 19, 500.
Cost price is ₹ 15, 000.

X -8x/100 = 17940
rn= 19500 ( this is the list price at which shopkeeper made 8% discount.)
rn
rnx +19.6x/100 = 17940 ( at this price shopkeeper earned profit of 19.6)
rn= 15000 ( this is the actual cost price)
rn
rnnow,
rn19500 - 15000 = 4500
rn4500*100/15000 = 30% ( it is profit% without discount).

S.P. = Rs. 17940, Let marked price be Rs.xx

Then , 92100x=17940   ⇒  x92100x=17940   ⇒  x=   Rs. (17940×10092)(17940×10092) =  Rs. 19500.

C.P. = Rs. (100119.6×17940) =Rs. (10001196×17940)(100119.6×17940) =Rs. (10001196×17940) = Rs. 15000

Now  C.P. = Rs. 15000, S.P. = Rs. 19500
∴      Required profit  % =  (450015000×100)(450015000×100)%  =  30%
