A shop-keeper was selling eggs so as to gain 20 p.c. He increased his sale price by Rs. 5

per dozen and his profit rose to 321/2 %. At what price per dozen was he selling the eggs

at first?​

when one eggs price is =20 rupees

then, per dozen = 12 into 20

= 240 rupees

when shop keeper increased his price by Rs. 5

= 20+5 =25

25 rupees per eggs

then, per dozen = 12 into 25

= 300 rupees
