A shop owner uses 2 flourescent tubes of 40W each, a fan of 60w rating and a tv of 160w rating. If he uses all these gadgets for 5 hours daily. Calculate the unit of electric energy consumed by him in the month of April.

total power=2×40+60+160+=80+60+160=300W

Time= 5×30=150

power = Energy/ time

300 = Energy/ 150

300×150=Energy

45000 J = Energy
