Marked Price of Phone=rs.4500
Successive Discounts are 10% and 5% respectively.
S.P(1)= (100-Discount %)/(100)*M.P=90/100*4500=Rs.4050
New M.P.=rs.4050
D%=5%
S.P=95/100*4050=rs.3847.5
Therefore Net Selling Price=RS. 3847.5
Hope I have Helped You!

Answer:

The net selling price is Rs.3847.5

Step-by-step explanation:

Cost price of phone = Rs.4500

Discount = 10%

Discounted price = 4500-\frac{10}{100} \times 4500

                             = 4050

Now A shopkeeper allows 5% discount also

CP = Rs.4050

Discount = 5%

Discounted price = 4050-\frac{5}{100} \times 4050

                            = 3847.5

Hence the net selling price is Rs.3847.5
