Step-by-step explanation:

Total amount paid for buying tables and chairs=6000+24000=30000

Total amount shopkeeper got by selling tables and chairs=5000+30000=35000

total profit=5000

  • total amount shopkeeper paid = 2400+600=3000
  • total amount he got after solding the tables and chairs =500
  • 3000+500=3500
  • now he has profit
  • profit =S.P - C. P
  • now. 3500-3000=500
  • so, now the answer is very simple only
  • 500
