Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

broken = 100 , remaining = 900

C.p of 900 rs

= 21 × 900 = Rs 18900

loss = 5.5%

x - 5.5% of x = 18900

x =Rs 20000

C.p = cost price = of each tumblers

= 20000/1000 = Rs 20 Answer

is this okay srry if its stiil too vague im only 12

Answer:

Rs 20 each

Step-by-step explanation:

S.P of 900 tumblers = 18900

Loss percent = 5.5%

Let C.P be x

Now,

Loss = Loss% of C.P

5.5/100*X = 5.5x/100

So,loss is 5.5x/100

Again,

C.P = S.P+Loss

x = 18900+5.5x/100

x-5.5x/100 = 18900

100x- 5.5x = 18900*100

94.5x =1890000

x = 1890000/94.5

x = 20,000

Now

C.P of each tumbler = 20,000/1000

= Rs.20 each
