A Shopkeeper bought 140 oranges at ₹538. 26 oranges are rotten.He sold 5 dozen oranges at rate of 62 per dozen and remaining at ₹22.50 for four oranges, find his profit percent.​

                           = ₹3.8

he sold 5 dozen ( 60 ) orange for ₹62/dozen

there were 5 dozen so

62 x 5 = ₹310

remaining orange = 80

he sold them for ₹22.5 for 4 oranges

one orange price = 22.5/4

                              = ₹5.625

price of 80 oranges =5.625x80

                                    =  ₹ 450

cost price = ₹538.26

selling price = ₹450+₹310

                      = ₹760

gain% = 760-538.26/538.26 x 100

           = 41.19 %
