Solution:
Finding Total CP :
Total CP of handicrafts = Number of item × Rate
= 150 × 5000
= 750000
Therefore, Total CP of handicrafts = ₹750000 •••••(i)
Finding Total SP:
Total SP = SP of first 100 items + SP of another 50 items
= (100×5500)+(50×4000)
= 550000+200000
= 750000
Therefore, Total SP of handicrafts = ₹750000 •••••(ii)
Comparing eq.(i) and eq.(ii), we can see that both are same i.e both (CP and SP of handicrafts) are same.
That means there is no any gain nor any loss .
Hence,
- Profit/loss % = 0
