A shopkeeper bought 16 rocket at the rate of rupee 3.5 per rocket out of them 4 we're spliled before selling rest he sold at rupee 5 per rocket. find how much profit and loss percent occurred in this transaction ?​

Cost Price = ₹ 3.5×16 = ₹ 56

Selling Price = ₹ 5×(16-4) = ₹ 5×12 = ₹ 60

Profit = ₹ 60 - ₹ 56 = ₹ 4

profit \: percentage =  \frac{profit}{cost \: price}  \times 100\%

 =  \frac{4}{56} \times 100\%

 =  \frac{100}{14}\%

 = 7.14\%
