A shopkeeper bought 16 shirts, the cost of each being rupees 175. He sold five of them at the rate of 160 per shirt. At what price should he sell the remaining shirts to make a profit of rupees 90.

Given C. P of 16 shirt is 175/each

So, 175*16=2800.

So, if 5 shirt are sold for 160.

Then,

5*160=800

So, he got (2800-800)=2000

He already got 800 from the C.P.

So to make 90 rupees profit, then 2000+90=2090

Then, the remaining shirt are, 16-5=11.

So devide the remaining shirt with 2090.

Then, 11/2090=260

So, he sell the remaining shirt at a price of 260...
