A shopkeeper bought 2 TV sets at 10,000 rs each. He sold one at a profit of 10% and the other at aloss of 10%. Find whether he made an overall profit or loss.

Both TV costs 10000 each. He sells one TV at 10% profit. i.e 10000 x 110/100 = 11000. He sells the second TV at 10% loss. 10000 x 90/100 = 9000. In total he gets 10000 + 9000 = 20000. He has no gains or loss.
