Profit = 14 % .

\huge\star{\green{\underline{\mathrm{Solution: -}}}}

C.P of 20 dozen bananas at ₹15 per dozen =

20 × 15 = ₹ 300 .

12 bananas means 1 dozen bananas are roten.

So,the remaining bananas =

20 - 1 = 19 dozen.

S. P of 19 dozen bananas at ₹ 18 per dozen =

19 × 18 = ₹ 342

S. P is greater than C. P, it means profit .

Profit = S. P. - C. P.

Profit = 342 - 300

= ₹ 42 .

Profit ℅ = \large{\frac{profit}{C.P.}} × 100

= 14 ℅

= \large{\frac{42}{300}} × 100

Hence the shopkeeper gained 14 % .
