A shopkeeper bought 5 lamps for Rs 125. He sold them for a profit of 16%. Find the selling price of one lamp.​

he brought 5 lamps for 125 rs so the cost of 1 lamp will be 125/5 =25

if he sold 5 lamps for the profit of 16 % means

125+ 16 % of 125

that means he sold them for 145 rs

so 1 lamp = 145/5= 29rs
