A shopkeeper bought 50 dozen banana for Rs 15 per dozen. he sold half the stock at rs 20 per dozen and the remaining at rs10 per dozen. find his overall profit or loss. Also find the per cent profit or loss

Total banana he bought =50 dozen
Cp of 50 dozen =50x15=750₹
Half of the stock =25 dozen
Sp of 25 dozen =25x20=500
Sp of another half stock =25x10=250
Total sp=500+250=750
So no profit no loss

SP of first 25 dozen bananas = 25×20=500
CP of first 25 dozen bananas = 25×15 = 375

SP of second 25 dozen bananas = 25×10=250
CP of second 25 dozen bananas = 25×15=375

Total SP = 500+250=750
Total CP = 375+375=750

As they are equal there is no profit no loss.
