a shopkeeper bought 50 shirts for 200 each he sold 30 shirts for rs 230 each at what rate per shirt should he sell the remaining stock to gain rs 1000 on the whole transaction

Cp of 50 shirts =50x200=₹10000

Sp of 30 shirts =30x230=₹6900

Now
Remaining shirts=20

And he wants to earn profit of ₹1000

So he must sell all shirts for 10000+1000=₹11000

He has already sold the 30 for 6900

Now need to earn =11000-6900=4100

Sp of one shirt =4100/20=₹205

He should sell one shirt for ₹205 now
