His cost price = 550×30 = 16500 Paise = Rs. 165

Transportation cost = Rs. 15

Cost of Lost toy = 20×30 = 600 Paise = Rs. 6

Total cost price = 165 + 15 + 6 = Rs. 186

Now, Selling Price of 5 toys = Rs. 2

S. P. of 1 toy = 2/5

S. P. of 530 toy = 2/5 × 530 = Rs. 212

Profit = 212 - 186 = 26

Profit% = 26/186 × 100 = 13.97 ≈ 14% ✔✔

Answer:

He gained 103750

Step-by-step explanation:

purchase price= 550×30paisa= 1650 paisa

transp charges= 15rup ×100= 1500 paisa

total cost= 1650+1500=18000 pais

cost of goods available for sale =1800paisa

sale price /each item= 200paisa

items available for sale= 530

total sale = 530 × 200= 106000 paisa

loss of negligence= -(20×30= 600 paisa)

purchase price = - 1650

Gain = 103750 paisa
