A shopkeeper bought a dozen bottles of pickles at the rate of 60 for 3 bottles. He
spent 10 in transporting and sold them at the rate of 25 per bottle. Calculate his
profit or loss in per cent.​

60:3 (money:no of bottles)

20:1 (1 bottle is 20 rupees)

10 on transport

20+10=30(30 one bottle)

25=SP

it so loss because CP is greater than SP

30-25=5 (5 rupees loss)

Loss%=loss/CP × 100

5/30×100=16.66% loss
