Here's the answer -

Profit = SP - CP

where SP = Rs 400; CP = Rs 375

Profit = 400 - 375

Profit = Rs 25

Profit % = \frac{Profit *  100} { CP}

Profit % = \frac{25 * 100}{375}

Profit % = \frac{2500}{375}

∴ Profit % = 6.67
