Solution :
8 locks for rs 34
so
1 lock = rs 4.25

sold at
12 locks for 57
so 1 lock = 4.75

profit% = (0.5/4.25)×100 = 11.76% profit

let x be no of locks he sold
sp(x) = cp(x) + 45
0.25x = 45
x = 180
hope that helps
