A shopkeeper bought locks at the rate of 8 locks for rupees 34 and sold them at the rate of 12 locks for rupees 57. Calculate the number of locks he should sell to earn a profit of rupees 45.

1 lock coast price=34/8=4.25 rupee

1 lock selling price=57/12= 4.75

profit = selling-cost price=4.75-4.25
=0.50

then in order to make 45
45/0.5=90
