X=12

Therefore cost of pencil=120/12=10

COST PRICE=10

Poor boy wanted to buy 2 pencils so cost price of 2 pencils =10+10(since cost price is 10)

So the shopkeeper gave 2 pencils to him for 16 rupees

Therefore selling price =20-16=14 for two pencils and rupee 7 for one pencil
