Cost of 2 watches = Rs.400

Cost of 1 watch = Rs. 400÷2

= Rs. 200

He sold first watch with a profit of 5%(given)

= 5% of 200

= 5/100 × 200

= Rs. 10

= Rs.( 200+10)

Selling price of the first watch with a profit= Rs. 210

He sold second watch with a loss of 5%(given)

= 5% of 200

= 5/100× 200

= Rs. 10

= Rs. ( 200-10)

Selling price of the second watch with a loss= Rs. 190
