Solutions :-
Given :- A shopkeeper brought two TV sets of rupees 1000 each.
Now,
He sold one at a profit of 10 % :-
S.P = C.P + Profit % of C.P
= 1000 + 10% of 1000
= 1000 + 0.10 × 1000
= 1000 + 100 = 1100
S.P of one TV = Rs 1100
Again,
He sold other TV at loss of 10 % :-
S.P = C.P - Loss % of C.P
= 1000 - 10% of 1000
= 1000 - 0.10 × 1000
= 1000 - 100 = 900
S.P of other TV = Rs 900
C.P of both TV = Rs ( 1000 + 1000) = Rs 2000
S.P of both TV = Rs (1100 + 900) = Rs 2000
Hence,
The shopkeeper didn't get profit or loss.
