C.P of 80 articles = 2400

Then, C.P of 1 article = 2400/80 = Rs 30

Profit = 16% = 16% on C.P = 16 % on 30 = 16/100*30 = Rs 4.80

Hence, S.P of one = C.P + gain = 30 + 4.8 = Rs 34.80(answer)
